Switzerland to Donate 11 Modern Trams to Lviv
Switzerland has generously agreed to donate 11 modern low-floor trams to Lviv at no cost. The agreement was signed by city officials and representatives of the Swiss Confederation, ensuring a new level of comfort and technology for urban public transport in Lviv.
These Swiss-made trams, manufactured in Bern, are set to arrive in Lviv by the end of 2024. This donation will undoubtedly enhance the city’s public transportation system, providing residents and visitors with a more efficient and pleasant way to travel around Lviv.
