The Russian regime’s exploitation of underage civilians for military production
The Russian regime is planning to involve teenagers from Tatarstan in the production of military equipment, specifically the «Shahed-136» drones. Activists from the group «Cyber Resistance» have obtained documents revealing the enlistment of young people at the Alabuga Politet plant in the Republic of Tatarstan.
These documents include lists of teenagers undergoing training, alongside copies of their passports and parental consent. The regime aims to ramp up production of the «Heron-2» drones, with a target of 10,000 units by the end of 2024. This initiative, known as the «Dolphin project,» is shrouded in secrecy to safeguard military technologies.
