Unjustified Exclusion of Reserve Officers from Military Records in Lviv Region
In Lviv region, the head of the reserve officers and personnel department of one of the TCUs was fined nearly 5 thousand hryvnias for excluding 17 men from military records without valid reasons. The Shevchenkivskyi district court of Lviv made this decision in March.
The ruling stated that she excluded the reserve officers without the required certificate of illness from the medical commission. These documents were then signed by her supervisor, leading to the unjustified exclusion of the officers with the right to travel abroad. The violation took place in March-April 2022. The official did not attend the hearing but admitted her guilt in a written statement to the court, requesting leniency.
