The State Property Fund of Ukraine announces auction for privatization of Kirovograd Bakery No. 2
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the sole property complex of the state enterprise «Kirovograd Bakery No. 2». The auction will take place on the Prozorro.Sales system on July 18, with price offers accepted until July 17. The starting price of the lot is 17.1 million hryvnias excluding VAT.

Kirovograd Bakery No. 2 specializes in the production of flour and cereal products, with 18 employees as of March 31, 2024. The property complex includes 111 units of immovable property, covering a total area of 108,636.5 square meters. It also includes 16 vehicles, specialized equipment, and 2,185 units of movable property.
The total area of the two land plots on which the plant is located is 19.1500 hectares. Under the terms of the sale, the new owner must prevent layoffs and settle debts within 6 months.
