Russian occupying forces continue advancing towards Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region and are now approximately 10 km from the city. Residents are urged to evacuate immediately. This appeal was made by the head of the Pokrovsk Military-Civil Administration, Serhiy Dobriak, and published by the Pokrovsk City Council on Thursday, August 15.
Dobriak emphasized that the occupiers are cynically targeting not only critical infrastructure but also residential areas. Evacuation is underway in the city, and residents should not delay, he stressed.
