Lviv community support for Armed Forces of Ukraine on Kharkiv direction
Lviv community has provided support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Kharkiv direction by transferring 12 «Stork» drones and one ground control station. This was reported by the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi.
«On the Kharkiv direction, there are already 12 «Stork» drones and one ground control station deployed, ready to perform strategically important tasks. This initiative cost the city 22 million hryvnias. We support our army, and this is just the beginning,» the mayor emphasized.
The purchases are being implemented within the framework of the «Lion’s Revenge» program. During the first four months of 2024, Lviv has already allocated 266 million hryvnias to support the Ukrainian troops. This year, the budget of the Lviv community provides for 1 billion hryvnias for the purchase of necessary equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
