The Ukrainian police have launched a criminal investigation into a series of arson attacks on vehicles belonging to Ukrainian military personnel. According to the investigation, the incidents may be linked to the recruitment of teenagers by Russian special services to carry out sabotage acts. The perpetrators who commit the arson attacks promise at least $1,000 for each destroyed vehicle.
