Former Oil Depot Complex for Sale in Razdelnaya
A complex of structures of a former oil depot with tanks and a railway track has been put up for sale in the town of Razdelnaya in the Odessa region.
According to the information from the «Prozorro.Sales» portal, the starting price is 2.1 million UAH, as reported by the «Dumska» publication correspondent.
Bids for participation in the auction are accepted until April 17, and the auction is scheduled for the 18th.
The lot description includes commercial real estate: an administrative building with an area of 627.3 sq.m, entrance gates, warehouse premises. The land plot of 3.2 hectares is municipally owned.
The territory can be used for parking lots, elevators, car repair shops, commercial and other activities such as industrial, manufacturing, agriculture.
The initial price of 2.1 million UAH is indicated for the object without taking into account the tanks of the former oil depot.
