Capital investigators have announced suspicion to a 70-year-old Kyivan who opened fire on his neighbor due to the noise.
This information was reported by the Kyiv police.
The incident took place in the Podil district, where a 44-year-old Kyiv resident was spending time in a noisy company late in the evening.
His 70-year-old neighbor noticed the noise and called the police. A quarrel erupted, during which the pensioner shot at the attacker several times with a pistol.
The pensioner was found in possession of a blank pistol, cartridges, and bullets.
The man faces up to eight years in prison for the committed crime.
