During the night of June 19, a road traffic accident occurred in the Obolon district of the capital, as reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv. At 00:32, rescuers received a report of a crash on the North Bridge.
Using hydraulic tools and a stationary lighting mast, they were able to extricate the body of the driver of a Toyota car, which was stuck after colliding with a stationary Iveco car.
Law enforcement authorities are investigating the cause and consequences of this accident.
