Rescuers remove part of Russian missile used in Kramatorsk shelling
Rescuers in Kramatorsk have successfully removed part of the «Grom» missile, which was used by the Russians to shell the city at the end of May. The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region confirmed this news.
One of the hybrid «Grom — E1» missiles had pierced the roof of a residential building and remained lodged in the ground in the middle of the city’s residential sector. Emergency services rescuers swiftly responded to the scene and safely removed the unexploded missile.
The missile was carefully loaded onto a heavy-duty pyrotechnic machine for transportation and disposal in accordance with established safety procedures. No explosions occurred during the removal process, ensuring the safety of the surrounding area.
