The Ukrainian parliament increases fines for violating mobilization rules

The Verkhovna Rada has approved a bill to increase fines for citizens who violate mobilization rules, announced MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak. The amendment to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses includes a significant increase in fines for evaders, with penalties categorized for first violation, repeated violation, and violation during wartime

Under the new rules, fines for violations of military registration will range from 3,400 to 5,100 hryvnias in peacetime and from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias in wartime. Fines will also be imposed for refusing a summons, failure to report to the military commissariat, or not updating data on time
