German military checks communication security after leak
After Russian propaganda media published a recording of a conversation between Bundeswehr officials, who, as they claim, discussed the possibility of transferring Taurus missiles to Ukraine and their use, as well as potential strikes on occupiers’ objects, including the Crimean Bridge, Germany has started a check on the communication security. The Federal Military Counterintelligence Service (BAMAD) is conducting this check.
Russian Ministry demands clarification from Germany
A representative of the German Ministry of Defense told journalists that all necessary measures have already been taken. Preliminarily, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has demanded an explanation from the German government regarding the situation.
